Our introduction to Safeguarding course is the first step in increasing and developing current knowledge. Delivered by an ex Headteacher, the course is informative and interactive. The course will provide you with a thorough overview of how to recognise abuse and how to manage any concerns. The course uses a variety of written text, interactive exercises and real life examples to help you understand your responsibilities.
After attending our Child and Vulnerable Adult Safeguarding (Level 3) Participants will have an understanding of Safeguarding Adults legislation, professional duties under 'The Care 2014 and relevant multi-agency safeguarding adults' policies and procedures. They will be able to describe the safeguarding adults process with particular awareness around 'Making Safeguarding Personal' and will develop increased confidence and competence in undertaking or contributing to safeguarding enquiries.
